BOOKING
A valid credit or debit card is required to pay for your Game On Gulf Coast, LLC experience. A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date and time and must be paid within 24 hours from the day of your invoice. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled event date. If our schedule allows, any event booked within 10 days of the event date must be paid in full. We will not accept payments the day of an event nor will we bring the trailer to an event that has not been paid for in advance.
Discount codes are only applicable to services and add-ons. Discount codes cannot be applied to travel surcharges.
Game On Gulf Coast, LLC reserves the right to keep any date open if the invoice/initial deposit has not received within 24 hours from the date the invoice was sent.

REFUND/CANCELLATION
There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all events canceled after initial deposit is received. There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all events canceled within 30 days of your reserved event date. NO REFUNDS will be issued for canceling 2-hour parties within 14 days of your scheduled event date. NO REFUNDS will be issued for canceling any 3+ hour event within 30 days of your scheduled event date. Rescheduling is always an option and Game On Gulf Coast, LLC will make every effort to accommodate you at no extra charge.
PRIVACY POLICY
Game On Gulf Coast, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Game On Gulf Coast, LLC as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of severe weather (strong wind, snow, ice, etc…) that makes traveling to your location dangerous or could create an unsafe situation at your location, we reserve the right to reschedule your event to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your event and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE
Game On Gulf Coast, LLC is proudly serving the Gulf Coast area within our 10 mile primary service area from our home zip code of 39503. We also service a “secondary” area outside our primary area, but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area. Click here to find your distance from us.

21-30 miles: $45 Surcharge*
31-40 miles: $60 Surcharge*
41-50 miles: $100 Surcharge*

ADDITIONAL NEED-TO-KNOW INFORMATION
FOOD/DRINKS
We do not allow any food, drink, candy, gum, smoking, etc., in the gaming trailer. Please have your guests consume them outside of the gaming trailer or plan your refreshments before or after your gaming time.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS
You may serve alcohol at your event; however, we may require an on-site security surcharge and/or security deposit when alcohol is being served. We may reserve the right to refuse, cancel or terminate an ongoing event when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the gaming trailer. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the event immediately.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Game On Gulf Coast, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to clients or your guests if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our staff, your guests or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive language or behavior, unsafe surroundings, etc. In this case, we may refuse to start an event or terminate an ongoing event.
DAMAGE/INJURY
Game On Gulf Coast, LLC or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the gaming trailer in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Game On Gulf Coast, LLC reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Game On Gulf Coast, LLC or their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
PICTURES
While your event is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures of the event from inside the gaming trailer. We may post these pictures on our Facebook fan page and/or our website. (No names or addresses are posted.) If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on social media or our website please notify us via e-mail prior to the event, or be sure to choose the “no Facebook photo” option when booking. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their event as it happens.
PARKING
Game On Gulf Coast, LLC requires the most level and flat area or logical spot to accommodate your event. We will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to guests, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 50 feet of space on the LEGAL side of the street to park. Please save space for us! We will not park in driveways, yards or any other tight or dangerous locations. We will only park on solid concrete/asphalt/gravel areas. If conditions upon our arrival render safe parking unavailable, the client has the option of moving the event to a nearby location suitable for parking. Additionally, we will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at an event without prior approval nor park off a hardened surface.
If we are parking on a neighborhood street, it is a good idea to let your neighbors know about the event so they can be prepared for the gaming trailer to be present.
VIDEO GAME RATINGS
Game On Gulf Coast, LLC will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the gaming trailer without a request from the client prior to the event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your event, please send an e-mail to indicating the game(s) you prefer. It is also recommended that all clients e-mail Game On Gulf Coast, LLC with your game requests.
TIPPING
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He or she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
Booking any event with Game On Gulf Coast, LLC constitutes your agreement with these policies.
