Liability Waiver

While our rentals are operated correctly and maintained correctly, there is always the human factor and an element of risk. If the rentals are not used in a correct fashion or participants misuse the attraction, the liability waiver is to protect Game On Gulf Coast, our clients and the participants from lawsuits.

By signing this waiver, the undersigned is signing on behalf of all event participants and are guaranteeing that they know what they are doing, and that drugs or alcohol or coercion will not cause disfunction or accident. We want everyone to be safe and have a good time at all times.

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for being allowed to participate in activities organized by Game On Gulf Coast:

Assumption of Risk: I am aware that participating in recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.

Release and Waiver of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Game On Gulf Coast, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (hereinafter referred to as "Releasees"), from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or in equity, arising out of my participation in the activities organized by Game On Gulf Coast.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in the activities organized by Game On Gulf Coast.

Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or illness, I consent to and authorize the provision of necessary medical treatment to me, including, but not limited to, first aid, emergency medical care, or transportation to a medical facility.

Photographic Release: I grant Game On Gulf Coast the right to take photographs and videos of me during the activities, and I authorize Game On Gulf Coast to use such images for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation to me.

Knowing and Voluntary Agreement: I have carefully read this waiver, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice regarding the waiver.
